Space between the beams in the background is the US/Canada border. The cairn in front between the flags is built from rocks found on farms in Manitoba and North Dakota. Flower Clock Up close, the two towers are actually four, representing the desire for peace to spread to the four corners of the world. Beams from 9/11	Border passes between the two towers. Flower beds line the walk to the towers. The mowed strip that continues as a faint line in the distance is the 49th parallel.
